Food-security figures traced to the source
Qootna shows government planners and large food operators what it really costs to bring food in, and how sure each figure is. We built the whole product.

The challenge
Big decisions on scattered data
Sourcing decisions for a nation's food rest on trade data spread across many sources, and on risks that change by the week.
Planners needed one place to see the true cost of a decision, honest about what the data can't tell them.

What planners needed
- One place to see the true cost
- Every number traceable to its source
- Honest about what the data can't tell
Our role
The whole product, built in phases
We built Qootna end to end, in phases, from the data foundation to the launch. Then we took it further with version 2, which puts a confidence level on every figure.
