Three shapes of engagement. Most start with a short, paid discovery.

The whole product: A scope and plan for each phase, with one team accountable from discovery to go-live.
Part of it: One clear piece of work, such as an integration, a rebuild or a mobile app, scoped and delivered on its own.
Your team, extended: Engineers and product leads inside your process, part time or full time, for as long as you need them.

Scope changes? We price the change, and you approve it before we build it.

Paid discovery: Most engagements start with a short, paid discovery. It ends in a written scope, plan and price for the first phase, and the scope is yours to keep whether or not you build with us.
A fixed price per phase: Products and projects are priced one phase at a time, fixed before the phase starts, so you know the cost before the work begins.
Monthly for teams and support: Team extension and support after launch are billed monthly, per person or per product.
Changes: If the scope changes, we price the change and you approve it before we build it.

After launch

We don't hand over and disappear.

If we run it: Every product we run gets a support plan, set with you for each project and billed monthly per product.

Questions buyers ask us

How do you price a project?: We start with a short, paid discovery, then fix the price of each phase before it starts. Team extension and support are monthly. You see the scope, timeline and cost in writing before the work begins.
How soon can you start?: Discovery can start as soon as we've agreed on its scope. The plan it produces sets the dates for the build.
Where is your team, and which time zones do you cover?: We're headquartered in the US and work with clients worldwide. Your lead keeps a regular meeting time that fits your working day, and a shared channel covers everything in between.
Can you take over another vendor's code?: Yes. Sharasign started that way. We review what's there, keep what your users rely on and rebuild what needs it.
Who owns the code?: You do: the code, the designs, the accounts and the data. Ask for any of it at any time and we hand it over.
Will you sign an NDA?: Yes, before discovery if you ask. We'll send ours or sign yours.
